Finally uploaded the Project Treasure Island Z trailer

As per my usual routine, I go into the living room after browsing the net and playing some Virtual Villagers, watch TV while having some food and then doze off on the sofa, only to wake up around 60-90 minutes later and go to bed.

Then again as usual, I get back out of bed around 30 minutes later due to not being able to get back to sleep and so come back downstairs to do stuff. For anyone that's heard of the guitarist, Simon Lees, I'm sure I had my photo taken with him when he did a gig in my old local pub some years ago and for some reason, I was thinking about him and how great he is on the guitar, but I'll need to do a bit of digging out to find the pic, so I'll leave that til a later post.

For now though, it seems that YouTube has finally allowed me to upload the Project Treasure Island Z (Working Title) Wii Trailer that I tried earlier on...

GTA SA PC WTF LOL

I completed Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for the PS2 ages ago, not 100% with all tags tagged and whatever, but the main game completed. That's why just the other day, I thought I'd take a look at the PC version to see if it was any different and strangely enough, even though I've only played the first half a dozen missions, it's not too different. One thing I was a bit disappointed with was that it doesn't quite support the Xbox 360 pad. It's fine for moving around and doing stuff, but the right analogue stick doesn't work and would be ideal for looking around if it did work in the same way as on the PS2. I've kinda got used to using the keyboard and mouse now, I'm pretty handy with the keyboard when driving and can pull of some good driving skills which I couldn't do with a pad, so I guess I'll just stick to that!

How to change the R4DS theme.ini

Putting a skin on the R4DS is easy, it's just the matter of making 4 8bit or 24bit bitmap (.bmp) images, naming them correctly and transferring them onto the R4 (well, Micro SD card). Making the skin 'work' better is how the text looks and that's where the theme.ini file comes in. In that file are the 'color' commands to tell the R4 what colour text and stuff should be and this post is to show you which 'color' is for what. You can download a basic ini file from here which has the info in the pic on the right there (click for bigger pic) --> There isn't a specific way to 'tell' you how to change the theme.ini, it's just a case of opening it up in notepad and changing the values of each hex number, there's a chart below which has all the basic colours, but if you're after a more obscure colour, using a paint/photo imaging program would be more useful.
