I've seen people ask and have even been asked myself how to load a ROM on the R4DS.
As my previous R4DS video showed, it's just a case of dragging and dropping files onto the SD card, putting it in the R4 cart and loading it up in the DS. I've made another vid to show how easy it is to load up a ROM, if there are any other questions about it (which there shouldn't be really, both videos pretty much cover everything), then feel free to ask.
