Many shoppers, and even some retailers, use these terms synonymously, but a closer look reveals a subtle yet significant difference that can make or break your wardrobe choices. The core of the discrepancy lies in the sizing conventions adopted by different manufacturers and for different types of clothing. Generally, XXL is an extension of standard alpha sizing (S, M, L, XL), while 2XL often signifies a true "plus" or "big and tall" size. Now for something a bit geekier

I managed to get a theme I've had my eye on for a couple of days and with a quick Google search, also managed to find out how to install it.

M33 3.51 PSP Theme

I like it and it was easier than I thought to install. Remember to backup any files you're about to replace.

/!\Warning!/!\ Although a fairly easy task, there is still half a chance of bricking the PSP. This 'guide' is for M33 3.51 Custom Firmware themes ONLY, do not attempt to install any other themes or icons that haven't been flashed for M33 3.51.

{Edit} My PSP is a standard install that hasn't been updated to M33-7, so I can't tell you if it works on the latest update or not.
  1. Connect the PSP to your computer with the USB lead, hold down the Right trigger and turn on the PSP to go into Recovery Mode.
  2. Go to Advanced -> Toggle USB (flash0) and the box should pop up.
  3. Once in the directory, open the vsh\resource folder and copy the .rco files and .bmp image of the theme over.
  4. Go back to the root dir and go into the font folder, copy over the pgf file.

That's it, exit from Recovery Mode, go into system settings to change the theme and away you go. Remember that you'll be overwriting some files, so if you want to replace them at a later date, keep them backed up somewhere safe.

GTA SA PC WTF LOL

I completed Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for the PS2 ages ago, not 100% with all tags tagged and whatever, but the main game completed. That's why just the other day, I thought I'd take a look at the PC version to see if it was any different and strangely enough, even though I've only played the first half a dozen missions, it's not too different. One thing I was a bit disappointed with was that it doesn't quite support the Xbox 360 pad. It's fine for moving around and doing stuff, but the right analogue stick doesn't work and would be ideal for looking around if it did work in the same way as on the PS2. I've kinda got used to using the keyboard and mouse now, I'm pretty handy with the keyboard when driving and can pull of some good driving skills which I couldn't do with a pad, so I guess I'll just stick to that!

How to change the R4DS theme.ini

Putting a skin on the R4DS is easy, it's just the matter of making 4 8bit or 24bit bitmap (.bmp) images, naming them correctly and transferring them onto the R4 (well, Micro SD card). Making the skin 'work' better is how the text looks and that's where the theme.ini file comes in. In that file are the 'color' commands to tell the R4 what colour text and stuff should be and this post is to show you which 'color' is for what. You can download a basic ini file from here which has the info in the pic on the right there (click for bigger pic) --> There isn't a specific way to 'tell' you how to change the theme.ini, it's just a case of opening it up in notepad and changing the values of each hex number, there's a chart below which has all the basic colours, but if you're after a more obscure colour, using a paint/photo imaging program would be more useful.
