This confusion is amplified when we delve into the seemingly interchangeable world of XXL and 2XL. Many shoppers, and even some retailers, use these terms synonymously, but a closer look reveals a subtle yet significant difference that can make or break your wardrobe choices. The core of the discrepancy lies in the sizing conventions adopted by different manufacturers and for different types of clothing. Generally, XXL is an extension of standard alpha sizing (S, M, L, XL), while 2XL often signifies a true "plus" or "big and tall" size. Down with the sickness

Not only is it a great song by Disturbed from their album, The Sickness, but it's also what I'm afflicted with.

As usual, one of the kids had caught a cold, so she had a week off school and that was that .. until daughter number two caught it. She suffered mainly from a fever for the first week, then she had a cold for the second week which she has now kindly passed onto her loving parents. :(

This won't be a very productive week from me, so for those of you that visit here and/or especially Mental Gamers, once this fever/cold really kicks in, things will most likely come to a standstill for a while.
