Not So WOW HD

One of my Christmas presents was to be Eminem's new album, The Marshal Mathers LP 2. The wife had ordered it from WOW HD (who used to be CD Wow) on December 11th, but was told that December 6th was the last date to order for a Xmas delivery.

Fair enough, but it's been 21 days since the order date and we're still waiting. A couple of emails later and it's being investigated as to why we haven't received delivery yet and have to wait three more days.

It's my birthday on the 9th Jan and it would have been nice to have received it by then, but it doesn't look as though WOW HD are capable of that. WOW HD? More like BOO SD (Boo, slow delivery).
