Testing Out a Stylized New Gas Station Simulator Demo

Today we are taking a first look at a fresh demo for a stylized management title simply called Gas Station Simulator.

The dev actually reached out to me directly and asked if I would take it for a spin and share my thoughts.

Since I love a good cozy simulation game, I was more than happy to jump in and see what it has to offer.

Right off the bat, the bright, vibrant, cartoonish visual style caught my eye. It gives off a really fun vibe compared to some of the more grounded simulators out there.

A first person view of a player customizing a bright blue petrol station sign and storefront in the game Gas Station Simulator.

The sign customization tool is genuinely impressive. You can tweak the position, text sizes, and hex code colors to brand your shop however you like.

Once I had the petrol station signage painted in my signature cobalt blue theme, it was time to open the doors for business. The gameplay loop is simple, satisfying, and very easy to pick up.

You split your time between pumping fuel for passing cars, giving customers their exact change, and managing the inventory on your store shelves.

I ordered a few boxes of garden forks, sprinklers, and trowels to get us started. Naturally, I bumped the retail markup prices up just a touch above market average.

You have to make a bit of profit where you can when running a gas station!

We even managed to expand the business on day two by picking up a food license and unlocking the garage area.

If you enjoy relaxed, casual management games where you can just sit back, stock shelves, and watch the cash flow in, this is definitely one to keep an eye on.
