I decided to bite the bullet and bought I Need to Fix My Dream Car along with the DLC that gives you some fun extras like the golden forklift and extra dogs.
Honestly, it just looked way too relaxing to pass up.
We are literally starting from the absolute bottom with an inherited, trash-filled junkyard.
It’s definitely got that relaxing, cozy game vibe where you just zone out and tidy things up while building something cool.
Almost immediately, my golden DLC dog came running over!
The dog mechanics are brilliant because you can literally command them to go hunt through the giant rubble piles to fetch specific spare parts for you.
Speaking of parts, I actually managed to serve my first few customers at the garage. You essentially piece together the requested parts like throwing in a new engine block, battery, and tyres and do these fun little rhythm mini-games to tighten up the bolts and wires.
Made myself a cool 850 quid on one of the jobs!
More importantly, the massive scrap pile is hiding actual pieces of the "Dream Car," which looks suspiciously like a vintage Porsche.
I managed to unearth three parts for it already!
I also bought the moveable trash can so I don't have to keep running back and forth to the main bin every five seconds.
It is such a chill, relaxing game, and I can already tell I'm going to be dumping hours into this.
Grab a drink and come hang out in the junkyard with me!
